We respectfully request that appointment cancellations or changes be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, and missed appointments, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.
Same-day cancellations may also be subject to a $100 rebooking fee.
To cancel or reschedule, please text your stylist directly. Missed calls, voicemail, and email are not accepted for appointment changes.
Corrective color, major changes, and other complex services may require a consultation before booking. This gives your stylist a chance to understand your hair history and recommend an appropriate appointment.
